Established in Halifax, NS in 1966 Samuel & Co., has focused its initiatives on providing the ladies of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting. Today, Samuel & Co. is thriving with its thirteen stores across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island and Ontario.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through selling and service.
• Maintain store visual standards throughout your shift.
• Create customer awareness of current promotions and new products.
• Be a positive member of the selling team and support fellow            co-workers at all levels of the selling process 
• collaborate with merchandising and visual displays
• participate in stock receiving and processing when needed.

Requirements include:

• Passionate about the retail culture and a strong appreciation/knowledge for style.
• Excellent selling abilities (previous selling experience considered an asset).
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail to reduce shrink. 
• An upbeat and positive attitude.
