The Guest Services team is dedicated to meeting the needs and requirements of all of our visitors. Our goal is to meet your expectations by providing you, our customers, with exceptional customer service. Guest Services is located on the upper level next to Hudson’s Bay.

Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

STROLLERS, WALKERS, AND WHEELCHAIRS

Complimentary strollers, walkers and wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis at Guest Services. Photo identification is required and customers are asked to sign a release form.

For safety reasons stroller services are subject to the height and weight restrictions imposed by the equipment manufacturer’s specifications:

Infant Stroller Weight Restriction: Maximum 18 pounds

Single & Double Toddler Stroller Height Restrictions: Maximum 36 inches

Zoomaroo Strollers are also available to rent for a fee of $10. These are located on the lower level near Victoria’s Secret.

The Bank of Montreal is located on the upper level by Guest Services and accessible through their exterior entrance. There are ATM’s placed throughout the mall for your convenience.

PARKING

Georgian Mall has ample parking around the perimeter of the building. For your convenience, wheelchair accessible parking spaces and mothers with tots/expectant mother parking spaces are close to the entrances. Full wheelchair access is available at all entrances.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

Georgian Mall shopping is easily accessible by Barrie Transit. For bus schedules, contact Barrie Transit at (705) 726-4242.

WASHROOMS

Washrooms are accessible to all guests.
